We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at shotfeetemporium@gmail.com or via the contact us page on this website.  If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how ago return your package. Items sent back to us without  requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues 
Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
